Accessible Dundee

The Dundee Access Group (DAG) regularly publishes an "Access for Disabled People" booklet, which lists and gives details for many of the disabled-friendly services and businesses in and around Dundee.

The premises and services listed have been chosen by the DAG on the grounds that they have level entry, or only only one step, and are wheelchair friendly. Venues are only included if suitable toilet facilties are available. The guide does not include every suitable venue in Dundee, so if you find somewhere that you feel should be included, please do get in touch and let us know.

All public buildings (with a few exceptions due to listed status etc) should now conform to the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA 2005). However, we would advise you to always check with your chosen venue beforehand to see if any problems might arise.

For a copy of the latest booklet which came out in late 2006, please contact the DAG office, or download it online as a pdf file.

Alternatively, please browse the categories listed on the left. These include the whole of the information published in the booklet and will allow quick and easy access to required listings. All links lead to Word documents that may be easily saved and printed for future reference.
