A: Try the Trusted Trader website. Dundee City Council set up the Trusted Trader partnership scheme to encourage local business to sign up to a code of practice that would give consumers confidence in the standard of service they would receive.

 

Q: I have heard that it is possible to hire a scooter to use when I visit Ninewells Hospital. How do I do this?

A: Scooters and lightweight wheelchairs can be booked, but users first need to regsiter and undergo training. More information and booking by phone on 01382 645030 (Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30) or online at www.vincipark.co.uk/mobility. There is no charge for the hire.
